Fees

rnie and the client discuss and define the scope of a project. Arnie then submits a written proposal with a fixed fee, which is based on an assessment of both the time that will be involved and the value that will be added by the project.

Over the years, Arnie has entered into long-term retainer arrangements with many clients in which he and the client agree upon a scope of services to be provided over a period of a year or more, leaving the exact services to be defined based upon the client's needs over time. These types of arrangements have proved very successful, allowing Arnie to get an in-depth knowledge of the client and permitting a focus on what needs to be done in an ongoing way, rather than on the cost of a particular project.

Kanter Professional Management's fees are not low. As do the prestigious law firms with which he consults, Arnie focuses on providing his clients excellent value. The many long-term relationships he has maintained with top clients indicate that they feel they are getting that value.

Arnie's daily fee of $10,000 is the minimum amount for any project he undertakes. Out of pocket expenses are billed in addition to the consulting fee.
