These seminars introduce lawyers to the complexities of the issues that large law firms face in making management decisions. Partners in the firm are used as co-presenters in the seminars.

  8. Retreats, Speeches at Partnership Meetings Arnie will help design and/or lead or facilitate retreats on a range of issues relating to recruitment and management issues. He will also speak at retreats or meetings, lending an experienced, practical and humorous view of relevant subjects.

C. Retainer arrangements.

Kanter Professional Management also works with firms on a retainer basis. Typically these arrangements extend for one or two years and identify a range of issues that may be addressed. The actual work is defined and evolves as the firm's particular needs are identified and prioritized. These arrangements allow the firm to focus on what needs to be done, without being concerned about what a particular program may cost. Because this approach fosters a deeper understanding of the firm, it allows Arnie to add greater value in the services he provides.
